Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Entity Assurance Manager to own the second-line control environment across our EU and UK licensed entities. You will manage assurance activity, align with regulators, and report findings to the entity Board and local management teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of EU/UK regulatory landscapes in payments and financial services, with a track record in independent assurance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance assurance, second-line risk, or related control function within FinTech/payments.
• Experience engaging with EU/UK financial supervisory authorities and regulators.
• Understanding EU/UK regulatory landscape for payments and e-money institutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the second-line control environment view across EU/UK entities and ensure consistent reporting to ERM and Board.
• Define local regulatory applicability of testing scope and how findings are reported locally.
• Lead entity assurance opinions and support CCO attestations to regulators.
• Contribute to annual and master testing plans with domain assurance managers.
• Maintain independence boundaries and provide transparent audit trails.
