Job summary

Amazon is seeking an analytically driven analyst for the EU Demand Forecasting and Planning team. You will own complex analyses, build automated reports and data pipelines, and partner with planning, operations and analytics teams across the EU.

The role can be located in London, Barcelona or Luxembourg and requires strong SQL, Excel and data visualization skills, with an automation mindset and interest in AI to scale insights.

Qualifications

• Experience writing complex SQL queries.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience as a business/data analyst or equivalent role.
• Bachelor's degree or above in business, economics, CS, data science, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyse complex supply chain and logistics datasets to identify trends and inform planning decisions.
• Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Design and build automated reports, dashboards, and data pipelines for self-serve analyses across EU.
• Develop production tools, websites, and ETL pipelines to replace manual processes.
• Support demand forecasting and capacity planning with quantitative analysis and reports/tools.
• Become the subject matter expert on internal tools, driving data quality improvements.
• Leverage AI and GenAI to accelerate analysis and scale insights.
