Job summary

Experis in London is seeking an Information Protection Lead Consultant to drive discovery and design for information protection across Europe, with a hybrid London base.

You will work with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Security, IT and HR to define DLP requirements and implement Purview capabilities, moving towards delivery.

This 6-9 month contract offers a rate up to £800 per day via umbrella and requires strong governance and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Information Protection, DLP or Records Management in large, complex organisations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Records Management).
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into programme deliverables.
• Ability to collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Security and business stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of data classification and information lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead European discovery and requirements for Information Protection.
• Translate needs into programme deliverables, controls and priorities.
• Own European delivery roadmap, dependencies, risks and stakeholders.
• Coordinate UK/European Legal, Privacy, Compliance, Security, IT and HR.
• Define European DLP requirements, policies and data types.
• Support classification, labeling and information handling design.
• Gather Records Retention and lifecycle requirements with Legal, Compliance.
• Shape change management: communications, readiness and training.
• Provide SME on Microsoft Purview and target operating model.
