Job summary

LexisNexis Regulatory Compliance seeks a specialist to translate complex financial services regulation into practical guidance. You will own regulatory content, monitor developments, and collaborate with product, technology and customer teams to deliver compliant, business-friendly content.

You will translate legislative requirements into accessible material, maintain regulatory registers and work across a global organization to improve workflows and use of AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• Experience creating and maintaining regulatory content for financial services.
• Ability to translate complex regulation into practical guidance for clients.
• Experience maintaining regulatory registers or obligations content.
• Strong analytical, research and drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Comfort collaborating with customers and cross‑functional teams globally.
• Experience with AI-assisted content workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned financial services regulatory content and stay current with regulatory developments.
• Create and maintain simplified regulatory registers translating obligations into practical requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and keep content accurate and aligned with customer needs.
• Interpret legislation and supervisory expectations and identify practical implications for clients.
• Identify opportunities to expand or improve content based on regulatory and customer needs.
• Engage with customers and support Sales, Product, Marketing and other teams.
• Manage and review work from SMEs, contributors or vendors for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate to improve scalable workflows, including AI-assisted tools.
