The Opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic EU Corporate Finance Director to lead our European finance team improve financial performance and ensure compliance across multiple markets. This is an important senior leadership role where you’ll set the standard for financial excellence champion process change and empower your team to deliver results with speed. You will report to the SVP Global Controller Corporate Finance and work in a hybrid model.

As an important member of our finance leadership you’ll help safeguard our assets improve financial processes and provide strategic insights that influence our decisions at the highest level. You’ll embody QVC’s Leadership Competency Model leading with agility building teams and creating our future through innovation and customer focus.

Your Impact

You’ll lead and develop a finance team across our European markets promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will lead the accuracy and timely preparation of financial statements ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.

You will drive financial accounting and performance providing expert guidance to Finance Managers and delivering analysis to senior leadership.

You’ll champion financial compliance and control implementing processes and SOX‑compliant protocols across multiple countries.

You will be a strategic partner to the business proactively communicating financial performance risks and opportunities to stakeholders.

You will Lead process and system enhancements driving efficiency and supporting QVC’s transformation agenda.

You’ll support new market entry activities and ensure compliance with European tax treasury and statutory requirements.

What You Bring

It is preferred that you will be ACA ACCA or CIMA qualified.

You will have multi‑market experience in a senior finance role.

You should have expertise in European tax treasury IFRS and statutory reporting.

You will be analytical and able to solve problems with your investigatory skills and a keen eye for detail.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics (D365) and Excel; experience in retail multi‑currency and multi‑site environments would be preferred.

You will have experience working across all levels and able to manage and influence your stakeholders.

You will have experience leading developing and motivating diverse teams promoting a positive and inclusive culture.

You will have sound commercial knowledge and be able to drive process improvements and results.
