Job description

This stellar NY firm's Antitrust and Competition Group has successfully advised clients on some of the largest and most high-profile competition matters around the world. Their experienced team in New York, Washington, DC, Brussels, and London includes prominent former government officials such as a Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the US Department of Justice (DOJ) Antitrust Division, a Senior Director of Investigations and Litigation at the DOJ Antitrust Division, a Deputy Director at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)'s Bureau of Competition, as well as a former officer of the UK Competition and Markets Authority.

The Antitrust and Competition Department has broad expertise in all competition-related areas across numerous jurisdictions and industries:

1. Mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures: The group assists with significant mergers and acquisitions across various industries, guiding clients through the merger review process and helping to clear regulatory hurdles across multiple jurisdictions.
