Ethical Trade and Environmental Sustainability at Primark

We’re responsible for keeping an eye on Primark’s social and sustainability commitments as part of our Primark Cares strategy. As part of our 130-strong team, you’ll collaborate with suppliers, champion ethical practices, and make a tangible difference. All with the purpose of ensuring we meet social compliance, environmental sustainability, legislative requirements, industry initiatives and standards.

Ethical Trade Coordinator – Data Partner

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for ETES data reporting requirements, particularly Social Audit data, evolving to support wider ETES data needs. Create, deliver and maintain tailored and relevant reporting dashboards and data analytics, theme and trend analysis to support regional requirements.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of ESG, particularly social corporate governance and its four key principles - accountability, transparency, fairness and responsibility.
  • Identify and deliver patterns, themes and trends insight via trend analysis on data obtained from Ethical, Structural and Environmental audits. Communicate tailored findings to key stakeholders and support with follow-up actions, monitoring and progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Act as a collaboration and liaison partner across the ETES team and wider business functions to achieve shared goals.
  • Support regional teams by ensuring accurate system inputs and compliance with verification processes.
