Qualifications

• Proven experience in UK insurance, preferably with a new business focus.
• Strong client communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work within regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and underwriting criteria.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and advice to clients, building strong relationships and achieving income targets.
• Maintain and grow technical knowledge of personal lines products and market developments.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business and support service KPIs.
• Conduct insurance reviews and provide suitable recommendations.
• Manage policy administration, underwriting referrals, and claims enquiries with clients.
