Job summary

Invesco Ltd. is looking for an Analyst to support fixed income ETF and index operations, ensuring data integrity and smooth PM decision-making. You will work with front-office applications and collaborate across global teams to drive product launches and market expansion.

Ideal candidates bring experience with Aladdin/CRD/Bloomberg, strong analytical skills, and a Finance/Economics/Accounting background. London office presence expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with front-office applications is preferred (Aladdin, CRD, Bloomberg).
• Strong understanding of data integrity processes (IBOR pricing, cash positions, corporate actions) to ensure accurate start of day portfolio management.
• Experience in performance analysis (Benchmark tolerances), cash management (FX, hedge programs, distributions), and trade support (custom orders and baskets).
• Solid understanding of ETFs, Fixed Income, and Equity assets.
• Knowledge of investment business, buy-side processes and investment products.
• Proficiency in Excel (including macros), SQL, and Python coding is a plus.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and software.
• Excellent documentation and MS Office skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving to liaise with investment teams and tech partners.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred.
• Highly detail-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Proactive learner with strong curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio managers and traders with investment operations in fixed income ETF and index business.
• Identify and resolve operational issues; ensure clean trading and pricing data for PM decisions.
• Partner with regional PMs and SMEs across global time zones.
• Support product launches, fund onboarding, and expansion into new country markets.
• Ensure activities comply with Invesco Conduct principles.
