A local community sports charity in Burnley is seeking a Strength and Conditioning Coach to deliver physical performance programs and specialist conditioning sessions for young female players. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in sports science. The position is casual, requiring flexible hours with a focus on teamwork and adherence to safeguarding principles.

Location: Various locations across Burnley and Pendle
Contract Type: Casual/Zero Hours
Working Pattern: 4 hours per week on a Thursday, on occasions, you may be required to undertake additional duties.
Closing Date: 14th November 2025
Salary: £13 per hour
The ETC Strength and Conditioning Coach will support the Female Football Development Officer (FFDO) to deliver on the Emerging Talent Centre and ensuring our players are physically prepared for training sessions.
