Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Estimator role within fit-out, construction, or refurbishment sectors.
• Strong ability to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Organised and capable of managing multiple tenders simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects from first principles.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and documentation for tenders.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations.

Estimating from first principles
