Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to prepare accurate and competitive bids for our construction projects. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and bids for construction projects
• Quantify materials and labour required for projects
• Analyse project plans, specifications, and contracts

• Develop and maintain databases of costs, prices, and productivity rates
• Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and submitted on time
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes

Requirements
