Job summary

South West Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for an Estimator to join a well-established manufacturing business based in New Milton, Hampshire. This office-based role involves preparing estimates for commercial washroom and interior projects by interpreting drawings, specifications and layouts to produce accurate quotations.

We are seeking an organised person with strong numerical and IT skills (Word and Excel).

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Word and Excel and IT literacy.
• Excellent communication and customer service focus.
• Office-based estimating experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparing estimates and quotations for commercial washroom projects.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and layouts.
• Liaising with customers, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Reviewing enquiries and identifying project requirements.
• Using Word and Excel to prepare and maintain quotations and documentation.
• Ensuring estimates are accurate and deadlines are met.
• Collaborating with colleagues to support enquiries and project needs.
• Providing professional customer service throughout the estimating process.
