Skills

Proven experience as a Façade Estimator or in façade/cladding project estimating

Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methods

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for façade and cladding projects, including materials, labour, and subcontractor pricing.
• Analyse project drawings, specifications, and client requirements to produce detailed tender submissions.
• Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and suppliers to ensure accurate and competitive bids.
• Maintain and update cost databases, rates, and pricing models.
• Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities during the estimating process.
• Support post-tender activities, including value engineering and clarification responses.

Essential Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Façade Estimator or in façade/cladding project estimating.
• Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office suite.
