Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our energy and infrastructure team in the UK. You will produce detailed, resource-based estimates to evaluate design changes, maintain baselines, and challenge contractor estimates, reporting to the Regional Estimating Manager.

You should be qualified in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with relevant project experience, familiar with RIB Construction Suite and iTWO, and ideally chartered or degree-qualified in a related field.

Qualifications

• Qualified to high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experience.
• Experience on energy or infrastructure projects in a large program.
• Membership of a relevant professional body and/or degree in construction.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, detailed estimates to support design changes and baselines.
• Manage estimating process at project level and challenge contractor estimates.
• Contribute to development of estimating best practice and hub in the region.
