Responsibilities

• Handle fit out projects for various sectors including leisure, retail, and healthcare.
• Interpret technical drawings and generate quotations.
• Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Produce formal quotations for customers.
• Create BOQs for timely quotations.
• Maintain documentation of tenders and quotations.
• Handle customer queries with additional technical information.
• Establish relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Work on projects ranging from £100k to £5m+.

The role of Estimator - Commercial Fit Out will involve:

* Estimator position dealing with fit out projects for various sectors such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants

* Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations

* Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers

* Producing formal quotations to customers

* Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines

* Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

* Contact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical information

* Establish and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and suppliers

* Working on projects ranging in value from £100k to circa £5m+
