Overview

Job Role: Estimator

Location: Loughborough

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are currently working with a well-established engineering business, who are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Receive enquiries, estimate and convert orders
• Deal with quotations and hand over to Contract Manager
• Read technical tender drawings
• Liaise with customers and identify new business opportunities
• Negotiate and complete tenders to sales
• Follow up submissions with client feedback
• Set up and present handover meeting to the contracts team

Qualifications

• 3 years\' experience in a similar role
• Experience working with structural, secondary and architectural steelwork
• Able to read technical/architectural drawings
• Excellent IT skills

Salary & Shift

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Monday to Thursday, 7:45am - 4:45pm & Friday 7:45am - 2:15pm
