Job summary

Pace in East London is seeking an experienced Estimator to price residential refurbishment projects from enquiry to handover. The role is office-based and requires a pragmatic approach to delivering accurate cost plans for schemes up to £1m.

You will work closely with project teams, ensure clarity of scope, manage cost variances and produce timely estimates for client proposals. A strong background in refurbishment pricing is essential.

Qualifications

Must have residential refurbishment experience.
