Job summary

Hunter Selection is seeking a Senior Estimator for a leading structural steel contractor in the UK. You will price a diverse range of major infrastructure and transport projects, ensuring competitive and accurate tenders.

You will interpret technical drawings and specifications, prepare BOQs and tender submissions, and engage with suppliers and subcontractors to drive pricing strategy and risk management. Based in Wales (Cwmbran) with UK-wide opportunities, the role offers a generous salary

Qualifications

• Previous experience in estimating within structural steel or construction environments.
• Confident in interpreting and working from technical drawings and specifications.
• Effective communicator, able to liaise across both technical and commercial teams.
