Estimator – Construction

Location: Cambridgeshire & surrounding areas
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + 1 day from home

We are working with a well-established construction company delivering residential, commercial, and highways projects, occasionally including deep basements and RC frame schemes. The business has an annual turnover of £20M, with projects ranging from £150k to £10M, and ambitious growth plans to reach £25M in the next four years.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Estimator (5–10 years) to join a forward-thinking team of 3 senior estimators and 2 assistants. You will manage 2–3 tenders at any one time, delivering accurate and competitive estimates across a diverse range of projects. This is an excellent opportunity to help future-proof the estimating function, with strong promotion prospects for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid estimating experience across residential, commercial, and highways projects.
