The company has an enviable reputation for quality of work and staff retention. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an individual to join the business in a senior capacity with a clear progression route to an even more senior level position. This role is to lead the estimating function, with responsibility for leading a small dedicated team of Estimators.

Responsibilities

• Preparing cost estimates
• Assessing project risks
• Evaluation and selection of subcontractors and suppliers
• Preparation of cost reports
• Communication / interaction with clients / stakeholders

Required skills include the ability to read and interpret project information (including drawings and specifications), proficiency in estimating packages / software, technical skills, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a team player.
