Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and StruMIS ERP.
• Proven technical understanding of fabrication and structural steel.
• Solid commercial acumen for contract negotiation.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for RFQs and tenders.
• Collaborate with management on project capacity and schedules.
• Lead and develop the estimating team for proposal delivery.
• Review customer proposals for commercial viability.
• Negotiate terms to enhance profitability and cash flow.
• Manage project scope and variation orders.
• Maintain cost data within StruMIS.
• Produce management reports on estimating performance.
• Contribute to sales strategy and review meetings.
• Champion continuous improvement across the business.
