An education-focused employment agency is seeking an Estates Technician in North Wales to support campus safety and maintenance. This role includes conducting security checks, performing repairs, and handling caretaking duties. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in similar roles, a full UK driving licence, and must show reliability and proactive work ethics. Temporary / Hourly Paid Role
Location: North Wales, Denbighshire (further education college campus)
Pay Rate: Competitive (hourly, PAYE)
We are working with an FE college in Denbighshire that is looking to recruit an Estates Technician to support the safety, security, and maintenance of its campus facilities. This is a hands on, practical role.
Monday to Thursday (08 30) and Friday (08 00). The initial assignment is for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on need.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle essential, as the role may require travel around campus sites and external visits.
