An employment agency in the education sector is seeking an Estates Technician for a college campus in North Wales. The role involves maintaining security and facilities, conducting checks, and performing general maintenance tasks. Location: North Wales, Denbighshire (further education college campus)
Pay Rate: Competitive (hourly, PAYE)
We are working with an FE college in Denbighshire that is looking to recruit an Estates Technician to support the safety, security, and maintenance of its campus facilities. This is a hands on, practical role.
Monday to Thursday (08 30) and Friday (08 00). The initial assignment is for approximately 3 months, with the possibility of extension depending on need.
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle essential, as the role may require travel around campus sites and external visits.
