We are looking to recruit a motivated and reliable individual to join our busy and dedicated Estates Team. You will take pride in providing a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our learners, staff and visitors, and have a positive, proactive approach to your work.
The ideal candidate will be practical, hardworking and flexible, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be comfortable working in a varied and fast paced environment where no two days are the same, and will always maintain a professional and customer focused approach.
Experience within estates, facilities or maintenance environments would be beneficial, however attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.
Working as part of a close knit Estates Team, you will support the day to day operation of the College’s campuses by assisting in the delivery of a wide range of estates and facilities services.
This is a varied and hands on role involving campus opening and closing, general site upkeep, basic maintenance tasks, planned preventative maintenance, room setups, waste management and ensuring the overall presentation, safety and functionality of our buildings and grounds.
No two days are the same, and the role requires a proactive and flexible approach to support the smooth running of the College environment for learners, staff and visitors.
A valid UK driving licence and the ability to travel between sites to cover a shift system between 06:00 and 23:00
