Job description
Aims of Job/Job Purpose

To operate as part of the Estates Management Team you need to ensure that the accommodation and resources are delivered to a high standard. This includes the supervision of building support services, cleaning, janitorial and security staff. Through the implementation of College policies and procedures including safeguarding, compliance and using a customer focused approach. The Estates Support Manager will ensure a high standard of communications and ensure the efficient operation of the centre.


Location and Hours

Location: Hall Green Campus
Hours per week: 36.5 hours
