A prominent further education provider in Hall Green is looking for an Estates Support Manager to oversee accommodation and resource delivery. Responsibilities include managing support staff and ensuring operational compliance with college policies. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and commitment to safeguarding. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards within the campus.
To operate as part of the Estates Management Team you need to ensure that the accommodation and resources are delivered to a high standard. This includes the supervision of building support services, cleaning, janitorial and security staff. Through the implementation of College policies and procedures including safeguarding, compliance and using a customer focused approach. The Estates Support Manager will ensure a high standard of communications and ensure the efficient operation of the centre.

Hours per week: 36.5 hours
