  • Main Location: Central TLT Offices in Roade, Northants or one of the Tove schools

Tove Learning Trust (TLT) is a well-established Multi Academy Trust with sixteen schools across Northamptonshire/Buckinghamshire and the West Midlands. We are looking for a skilled, proactive, and visionary Estates Strategy Manager to support the wider TLT leadership team with the development of our Estates strategy across the Trust. You will work closely with our schools and the Executive team to ensure compliance and risk management across the Trust.

In this pivotal role you will have accountability for Trust wide investment strategies, statutory compliance and multi million pound budget management. The exact job role will vary from time to time due to the differing needs of the Trust and the composition of the estate which varies from a previous 1920’s grammar school to modern day construction.

You will have:

  • A recognisable qualification in a building services trade, surveying, property management, health & safety or other directly relevant experience
  • Experience in a multi-site environment and a proven track record of managing large property portfolios
  • Strong financial experience managing large budgets, centralising procurement and driving commercial value
  • Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. and a mastery of bespoke software relating to the job role

In turn, we can offer you:

  • A generous pension package through the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS)
  • A Health Cash Plan and an Employee Assistance Programme
  • Training and development opportunities. All staff are encouraged to study further and the Trust will actively support relevant further qualifications through the apprenticeship levy
  • A Trust and school culture of belonging, development and cultivating excellence through the GROW programme

You will be required to apply for an Enhanced DBS Certificate before commencing the role. You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and hold a current driver’s licence. As travel is required between sites, you will need access to a reliable means of transport in order to carry out your duties.
