WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Senior advisor to shape estate strategies and transformation programmes for public and private sector clients in life sciences.

You will work within multidisciplinary teams to develop evidence‑based recommendations and to align property portfolios with organisational objectives. You will contribute to client engagements, prepare high‑quality outputs, and mentor junior colleagues while supporting the Director of Life Sciences Strategy with proposals and thought

Formación

• Experience delivering estate strategy and transformation programmes in complex organisations.
• Evidence of client engagement and successful delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and political awareness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to produce high‑quality deliverables.
• Experience with risk and change management in estates or technical environments.
• Project-management training or experience in life sciences strategic planning.
• Skills with PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

A little more about your role…

We work with organisations across the public and private sectors to develop estate strategies, business cases, development frameworks and transformation programmes that align property portfolios and infrastructure investment with organisational objectives.

You will have a key role in:

• Supporting the delivery of estate strategies, portfolio planning studies and strategic advisory commissions.
• Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based recommendations and solutions.
• Producing high-quality analysis, insights and client-facing outputs that support decision-making and long-term investment planning.
• Contributing to the growth and development of WSP's strategic advisory and estates planning capability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development and delivery of estate strategies, development control plans and business cases aligned to client objectives.
• Applying analytical thinking, research and scenario testing to evaluate strategic options and inform robust recommendations.
• Building trusted client relationships, providing tailored strategic advice and embedding within client and multidisciplinary teams as required.
• Supporting the Director of Life Sciences Strategy in delivering high‑quality commissions, proposals and thought leadership, and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
• Producing high‑quality reports, presentations and workshop materials, applying best‑practice methodologies and contributing to continuous improvement.

What we will be looking for you to demonstrate…

• Experience delivering estate strategy, estate planning, strategic advisory, property consultancy or business planning services within complex organisational environments.
• Experience contributing to the development of estate strategies, masterplans, business cases, transformation programmes or capital investment plans.
• A chartership‑level qualification (or working towards) in a built‑environment discipline (architecture, engineering, FM, property) or equivalent experience
• Evidence of positive client engagement and contribution to successful delivery
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and political awareness
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, high‑quality deliverables
• Relevant experience supporting risk and change management in estates or technical environments
• Relevant project‑management training or experience related to strategic planning in life sciences
• Skills in the use of visual aids and graphics tools such as PowerPoint, InDesign, Illustrator
• Good proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
