Salford City College Group’s Worsley College is seeking an Estates Site Officer to ensure campuses are safe, welcoming and well-maintained across all SCC sites as required.
The role is permanent, 36 hours per week, with salary in the £24,770–£27,231 band and incremental progression. You will perform daily checks, minor repairs, porterage, waste management, security support and contractor liaison across multiple sites.

If you’re hand-on, organised and calm under pressure, this role puts you right at the heart of Estates & Facilities. You’ll carry out essential daily checks, minor repairs, porterage, waste management, security support and multi-site duties that keep Salford City Colleges functioning at their best.
You’ll be trusted to spot issues early, respond quickly and help maintain safe, compliant and professional environments across all sites. You will also work flexibly, support colleagues, liaise with contractors, assist with audits and contribute to continuous improvement.
