We are seeking a proactive and experienced Estates Officer to join our dynamic Estates and Facilities team at the Royal Gwent Hospital. This is a key role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the hospital's estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of building services, maintenance operations, and minor works projects. You will work closely with contractors, technical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance with statutory regulations.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
