A large Organisation is looking for an experienced Estates Manager based in Belfast/Bangor. This full-time permanent position involves managing a defined property portfolio, ensuring compliance, and leading refurbishment projects. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Building Surveyor or an experienced graduate with a proven background in property management. Excellent communication skills, project management experience, and a full driving license are required. Competitive salary range of £40,000 - £55,000 plus car allowance and holidays.
