The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge of infrastructure services and hold a minimum HNC/HND in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering. The position requires travel between Trust sites and offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week.

This is a key role supporting the Trust’s operational services, redevelopment, and capital project schemes. You will play a proactive part in delivering departmental and Trust objectives, providing technical expertise in building maintenance management, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and compliant estate. Working closely with the Senior Estates Manager, you will lead the Maintenance Team, offering guidance and support while ensuring maintenance and repair works are completed smoothly and with minimal disruption to patient care.
