Roundhay School in Leeds is seeking an experienced Estates Manager to lead the management and development of our estate across both campuses. You will oversee safety, compliance, and day-to-day facilities operations, working with staff and external contractors to keep our sites safe and functional.
The role requires strong leadership, a clear focus on health and safety, and the ability to manage the PFI contract effectively.
The Governors of Roundhay School are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Estates Manager to lead on the management and development of the school's estate and to ensure that both campuses are compliant with Health and Safety legislation. This will include the day-to-day management of relevant staff, the oversight of outside contractors on-site, overseeing the operation of the PFI contract which is responsible for part of the school's functions and ensuring that both campuses are safe and secure environments. The successful candidate will be willing to do 'whatever it takes' to ensure our pupils/students reach their full potential.
