A regional healthcare organization in the UK is seeking an Estates Maintenance Worker Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical or plumbing background and will be responsible for maintenance and installation work across various hospital sites. Excellent technical engineering advice and support are crucial for this role. Flexible work patterns are encouraged, and a mileage allowance will be provided for commuting between sites. We are recruiting for an Estates Maintenance Worker Specialist who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. The role is busy and varied, working as part of the Mechanical team, as well as the rest of the maintenance team and managing your own workload. You will be required to liaise with people within your department and around the Trusts Sites. You will be expected to commute between various hospital sites. The role will require attending maintenance requests, on call urgent call outs and weekly Planned Maintenance work orders. As well as the monthly wage, Estates Engineers are currently entitled to a recruitment and retention payment at £3277 pa.
