• Experience of supervising teams in a maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational maintenance service delivery.
• Manage performance issues and staff appraisals.
• Ensure satisfactory timekeeping and conduct of staff.
• Schedule workloads using the Works Management system.
• Manage routine requests for Mechanical, Electrical and Building assistance.
