Estates Director (Contract)

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Rate: 450– 480 per day (Inside IR35)
Duration: Initial contract until February with potential to extend
Working Pattern: Full–time, on–site

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with occupiers and contractors.
  • Oversee budgets, service charge, and cost control.
  • Manage suppliers and ensure delivery against agreed standards.
  • Report regularly on performance, risks, and key operational metrics.
