A multi-academy trust in Coventry is seeking an Estates Department Administrator to provide administrative and operational support across multiple schools. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance records and maintenance documents are managed efficiently while contributing to a safe and well-maintained educational environment. Salary: £13,555 - £14,210 pro rata, per annum (Full time equivalent salary: £25,185-£26,403; Grade 3 support staff pay scale)
Location: Based at our Coventry and Warwickshire primary schools with remote working possible.
About the role: We are seeking to appoint an experienced Estates Administrator to provide high‑quality administrative and operational support to the Estates Department across all schools within the Trust. The postholder will ensure that compliance records, maintenance documentation, and communication processes are effectively managed to support the delivery of safe, compliant, and well‑maintained educational environments.
