Estates Customer Service Officer – Maternity Cover

The Estates department is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

As the main point of contact for contractors, estates visitors, college staff and students, you will provide a professional, responsive and welcoming service across a variety of platforms – face‑to‑face, telephone and digital. You will also support the management team with a range of administrative duties to help ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Manage communication and queries through face‑to‑face, telephone, and digital channels.
  • Provide supportive administrative assistance to the management team.
  • Perform any additional duties related to the role as required.
Requirements

Applicants must have the right to work in the country without sponsorship. Experience in customer service and basic office administration is desirable (not strictly required).
