In this role, you will deliver high-quality customer service and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, although it is not strictly required. The Estates department is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team.
As the main point of contact for contractors, estates visitors, college staff and students, you will provide a professional, responsive and welcoming service across a variety of platforms – face‑to‑face, telephone and digital. You will also support the management team with a range of administrative duties to help ensure smooth operations.
Applicants must have the right to work in the country without sponsorship. Experience in customer service and basic office administration is desirable (not strictly required).
