Overview

The Estates department is looking for a proactive and customer focused Customer Service Officer to join their dynamic team.

As a Customer Service Officer in our estates team, you will provide a professional, responsive, and welcoming service to all contractors, estates visitors, college staff and students through any platform – face-to-face, telephone, and digital. The post holder will provide supportive service to management team with administrative duties.

We operate in a fast-paced environment where every team member plays a crucial role in our success. As we continue to grow, we are seeking maternity cover from a dedicated Customer Service Officer to ensure smooth operations and any other duties reliant to the role.
