A leading hospitality operator in Scotland is seeking an experienced Estates & Contracts Manager to oversee multi-trade projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery/shopfitting and experience managing works in live hospitality environments. Responsibilities include project oversight, cost management, and site visits. Competitive salary and benefits included.
Up to £52,500 plus company vehicle/truck
37.5 Hours per week (occasional weekend working)
Edinburgh based, with regular travel across Scotland

We are seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in joinery and shopfitting to oversee the delivery of multi-trade projects across our portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience managing works in live hospitality environments, particularly pubs, and will be confident in coordinating trades, managing costs, and ensuring high standards of delivery.
