A community housing organization based in King's Lynn is looking for an Estates Cleaning Operative to deliver an efficient cleaning service across its estates. The role involves conducting health and safety checks, addressing anti-social behavior, and collaborating with tenancy colleagues. Candidates should have at least 3 GCSEs including Math and English, and the ability to perform heavy lifting. As an Estates Cleaning Operative, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a comprehensive, efficient, and proactive cleaning service across Freebridge Community Housing estates throughout the borough.
Your role will include conducting health and safety checks, collaborating with tenancy colleagues to contribute information on tenancy breaches, and assisting in combating anti-social behaviour (ASB).
