Scale 3 £26,691 - £27,548 per annum

38 hours per week, all year round

As one of our valued Estates Assistants, you’ll be at the heart of school life, helping to ensure that our buildings and grounds are always safe, well maintained and ready to support exceptional teaching, learning and community use. From maintaining facilities and managing lettings to keeping our spaces looking their best, your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing and success of our students, staff and visitors.

About the role

Working as part of a friendly and dedicated Estates Team on a 3-week rotating shift, you’ll take pride in:

  • Ensuring our school is a safe, secure and well-presented environment for all.
  • Supporting caretaking, lettings, building and grounds maintenance.
  • Playing a key role in the smooth running of school life – from daily upkeep to special events.
  • Using your initiative and practical skills to solve problems and support colleagues.
  • Experience in a similar role, or in areas such as plumbing, carpentry, plastering, grounds maintenance or would be a strong advantage.
