A secondary school educational institution is seeking an Estate Assistant to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment. You will support caretaking and grounds maintenance while playing a vital role in school life. The ideal candidate should have practical skills and experience in maintenance tasks. Scale 3 £26,691 - £27,548 per annum
38 hours per week, all year round

As one of our valued Estates Assistants, you’ll be at the heart of school life, helping to ensure that our buildings and grounds are always safe, well maintained and ready to support exceptional teaching, learning and community use. From maintaining facilities and managing lettings to keeping our spaces looking their best, your work will directly contribute to the wellbeing and success of our students, staff and visitors.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post, will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
