Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a temporary Administrator for Estates in Dorchester. This role involves managing administrative support for facilities management, handling financial processes, and maintaining property records. Applicants must have at least 4 GCSEs (including English and Maths) and demonstrate previous office experience, notably with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. Qualifications

  • 4 GCSEs, including English and Maths, C or above.
  • Any A-level or NVQ qualification.
  • CV must demonstrate previous office-based experience and state use/knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective systems and procedures for supporting the facilities management programmes.
  • Undertake administrative support duties specific to the Estates Team.
  • Act as point of contact for the Estates Team, liaising with contractors and operational staff.
  • Manage financial administration including budget monitoring.
  • Collect statistical data ensuring quality and accuracy for reporting and compliance.
  • Maintain electronic property records and filing systems.
