Overview

Morgan Hunt is recruiting for an Estate Services Caretaker to work with a Housing Trust based in South East London on a Permanent basis.

• Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week, 7.30am to 15.30pm, Mon – Fri
• Salary: £27,248 per year
• Location: South East London
• Must have full clean driving licence; company van will be provided

• Carry out lighting checks and swap out bulbs as needed
• Clean communal areas and maintain cleanliness across designated areas
• Work closely with your team and residents to keep things running smoothly and safely
• Be a visible, approachable presence on-site five days a week
