Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweep and wash all communal areas including staircases, foyers and courtyards.
• Clean lift car floors and walls, lamp shades and other fixtures.
• Remove extraneous matter, including sharps and drug-related materials, per safety guidelines.
• Dispose of overspill in refuse container storage rooms and check chutes for blockages.
• Empty and clean estate litter bins and waste receptacles.
• Remove weeds and plant material from hard standing areas.
• Identify and report health and safety issues and repairs.
• Suggest improvements to public realm areas with Neighbourhood Officers.
• Bulk rubbish removal.
