Job summary

A property consulting firm is seeking an Experienced Estate Assistant/Handyman to cover the Evesham area. Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar estates/facilities role is essential.
• Strong understanding of health and safety including COSHH and compliance checks.
• Good IT skills for using mobile devices for inspections.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine health and safety inspections in communal areas.
• Test fire safety equipment including emergency lights and alarms.
• Complete minor repairs like signage, lightbulbs, and locks.

Skills
