Qualifications

• Previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters.
• Some experience of managing cases.
• Ability to build positive relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage your own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Document and write wills of various complexity and other estate planning documentation.
• Communicate with clients and external partners throughout each case.
• Manage an incoming case load and work towards successful completion.
• Accurately maintain client records and correspondence.
