Job summary

Just Wills & Legal Services is seeking Estate Planning Advisors to visit clients in their homes across the South West, Oxfordshire and nationwide opportunities. This is a self-employed role with uncapped earning potential and full training.

You will explain wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate and estate planning in a clear, professional way, helping clients make informed decisions while building trusted relationships.

Qualifications

• Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner.
• Self-motivated, well-organised and honest.
• Able to build trust quickly and work independently.
• Holder of a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes to understand their circumstances and discuss estate planning solutions.
• Explain products clearly and professionally to help clients make informed decisions.
• Introduce services including wills, trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate and estate planning.
• Work as a self-employed consultant with support from the national business.

Role overview

As an Estate Planning Consultant, you'll visit clients in their homes, taking the time to understand their circumstances before discussing the estate planning solutions available to them.

This is a consultative role, not a hard sales role.You'll build trust with your clients, explain products in a straightforward and professional way, and help them make informed decisions about protecting their future.

You will introduce services including:

• Wills
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Probate
• Estate Planning

You won't prepare the legal documents yourself.Our specialist legal team handles all drafting, compliance and legal work, leaving you free to focus on your clients.

The ideal candidate

You could come from sales, customer service, financial services, estate agency, retail, hospitality or another customer-facing background.
