Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-occupied buildings or mixed-use estates.
• Ability to manage and report on budgets, control costs.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance and risk assessments.
• Able to lead contractors and coordinate teams independently.
• Experience writing scopes and managing supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the operational management of the estate.
• Develop proactive relationships with occupiers as their contact.
• Coordinate maintenance and manage contractors effectively.
• Monitor budgets and ensure efficient control of expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and regulations.
• Support estate improvement projects and long-term planning.
