Job summary

The National Trust for Scotland is seeking an Estate Supervisor for Mar Lodge Estate in Braemar. You will lead the estate team and oversee maintenance across buildings, landscaping, forestry, infrastructure and asset control, while promoting nature recovery and conservation objectives.

You will plan and monitor works, manage contractors, ensure safety and compliance, and work closely with ecology and conservation teams to deliver resilient landscapes.

• Ensure health and safety compliance across estate operations.
• Coordinate forestry operations and landscape management.
